OneMark Engineering Technologies is engaged in the business of providing and/or rendering technical services for various medical, industrial or commercial plants, facilities, or buildings including planning, consultation, project management, construction management, supervision maintenance, operation and performing other technical business process.

MAIN FUNCTION:

· Ensures planning, monitoring, appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach, and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors;

· Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions needed to be filled. Prepare contracts and job offers for employees;

· Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings (NLRC & DOLE hearings);

· Handles termination with due process.

· Process and prepare compensation & benefits of the employees, this includes (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth & HMO). Conduct benefit analysis for employees to stay competitive.

· Maintain employee's records and ensure the 201 files are well organized and is up to date.

· Conduct disciplinary actions and follow the rules of the handbook. Update and add policies if needed to improve the workplace.

· Other duties: undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

· People oriented and results driven

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

· Degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
