- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, providing strategic insights and solutions.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and international standards.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR management for high-performing or multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
