Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Knowledge of Mandarin and experience in visa applications are considered an advantage but are not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Organize training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for management.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.
  • Assist in visa processing and work permit applications (advantage but not required).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven HR management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Mandarin language skills – an advantage but not required.
  • Visa application/processing experience – an advantage but not required.
