Job Description:

  • Establish maintenance schedules to guarantee that assets are adequately maintained, adhering to safety and operational requirements.
  • Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for programs, guidelines, and procedures aimed at minimizing unplanned downtime risks and enhancing the operational efficiency of all office equipment.
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors to guarantee the prompt resolution of maintenance and repair requests for office equipment.
  • Maintains and regularly updates the status of online Job Order Requests (JOR).
  • Responsible for overseeing and recording daily transportation schedules and trip tickets.
  • Ensure the timely renewal of vehicle registrations and all other relevant documents for company vehicles.
  • Manage and monitor all requested and scheduled transportation to ensure accurate billing to the respective department.
  • Manages and oversees expenses related to communication services (e.g., mobile phones, internet broadband).
  • Supervises the daily performance of all company drivers.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
  • Experience in the same function
