Job Description:

The HR/Admin Assistant will provide administrative, human resources, and finance support to ensure smooth operations at the head office. This role involves assisting in HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and general office administration, as well as supporting the Finance Department with basic tasks. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in human resources, administration, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Handle general office administration tasks such as filing, correspondence, and supplies management.
  • Support the Finance Department with tasks such as invoice preparation, petty cash management, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other departments as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support management in other ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance and Accounting, or any related business course.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or part-time experience in HR, admin, or finance support is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, office administration, and finance support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work full-time at the head office.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
