Job Overview:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for aiding the admin management, tenants, and visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.
Ideally, the Admin Assistant is able to multi-task and possesses excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. They are comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Generally, they have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and help create a positive presence in the workplace.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of a business administration program or any other related field
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required
- Professional manner and strong ethical code
- Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive
- Amenable to work in Capitol Commons, Pasig
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, full onsite
Job Type: Full-time
