Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals)
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage candidate database and track recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other talent attraction initiatives
  • Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency setting)
  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment compliance is an advantage

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Background in BPO, tech, or fast-paced industries
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives
  • Knowledge in data-driven recruitment (KPIs, recruitment metrics)
  • Recruitment marketing or social media sourcing skills
