The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end to end recruitment, stakeholder management & market mapping.

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and satisfaction
  • Employer Branding
  • Data Management
  • On boarding Support
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve our recruitment processes
  • Provide weekly status reports and able to meet SLAs (KPI)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment and experience in a fast paced environment, ideally within Hospitality, F&B industry, Executive Search or Head Hunter companies
  • Strong background in sourcing, selection & onboarding
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
