Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. By collaborating with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, and implementing creative sourcing strategies, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role ensures that each candidate receives a seamless and positive experience while maintaining the highest standards in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Duties & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Creative Sourcing: Develop and implement tailor-fitted sourcing strategies to find both active and passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Job Street, Indeed, and more.
- Guide Candidates through the Hiring Process: Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive, engaging, and transparent experience.
- Conduct Interviews: Evaluate candidates through in-person and virtual interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collect key candidate details and other relevant factors to assess alignment with job requirements.
- Manage Department & Final Interviews: Coordinate and schedule applicant interviews with hiring managers and executives.
Employer Branding and Process Improvement
- Enhance Recruitment Processes: Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment pipeline and contribute to refining the process to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Promote Company Brand: Advocate the company's values and culture through various employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Create Engaging Job Posts: Craft compelling job postings that resonate with candidates while highlighting the company's benefits and culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Candidate Relationship Management
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand staffing needs, refine job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Clear Communication: Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with candidates, addressing any concerns and ensuring they are informed at every stage.
- Feedback Loop: Provide candidates with timely feedback and ensure any questions or concerns are resolved efficiently.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Hiring Activity Reports: Regularly track and report on recruitment progress, identifying trends and areas for improvement within your assigned business units.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities, ensuring ethical and fair hiring practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva and other similar software is a plus
- Experience in using in HRIS and ATS is a plus
Skills:
Experience with different sourcing platforms and recruitment best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and focused in achieving objectives and outcomes.
