Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pan Asia Resources Philippines Inc., located in Makati City. This full-time, onsite position plays a vital role in our recruitment process, specifically tailored for our BPO client.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment, preferably with a recruitment agency or in a similar high-volume hiring environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job hiring websites such as Indeed, JobStreet, and LinkedIn is highly advantageous.
  • Must be amenable to working onsite in Makati City
