
Legal Intake Specialist

The Legal Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration legal services. This remote role is critical in ensuring an efficient, professional, and empathetic intake process. The specialist will respond to inquiries, conduct initial client screenings, manage lead data in our CRM, and coordinate consultations with our legal team.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email during U.S. business hours

Conduct initial screening interviews to gather information on immigration concerns

Accurately log and manage leads in our CRM

Schedule and confirm consultations with attorneys and case managers

Send follow-up communications, document requests, and intake forms

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to firm protocols

Collaborate with the Legal Services Development Manager and legal team to ensure a smooth lead-to-client transition

Provide status updates and reports on intake activity

Fill-up U.S. Immigration Forms

Bachelor's degree preferred (Legal Studies, Communications, or related fields)

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, legal intake, or administrative roles (preferably for a U.S.-based company or law firm)

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom)

Prior experience with immigration law or U.S. legal processes is an advantage

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work setup
