Legal Case Intake Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Case Intake Professional to join our team. As a key member of our intake process, you will be responsible for managing incoming case requests, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming case requests to ensure timely processing and resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation to support case development.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate case progression and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case activity, including client interactions and case status updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and requirements.
