We are seeking a detail-driven professional to fill the role of Intake Data Entry and Coding Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data entry, coding or intake coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Entering and maintaining accurate intake information in our case management systems.
  • Applying standardized coding procedures to classify and organize case data consistently.
  • Reviewing and auditing records regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with our protocols.
  • Organizing and updating electronic files to ensure accessibility and compliance with firm requirements.
  • Communicating with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.

The requirements for this position include:

  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A stable wired internet connection with a tested backup option to ensure reliability.
  • Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.

Prior experience in legal or medical intake processes, intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and experience working in a high-volume, distributed remote team are preferred skills.
