Job Description:
The Business Development Associate (B2B) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the business-to-business sector. This role involves researching target markets, generating qualified leads, pitching products or services to corporate clients, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The associate collaborates closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings and value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Track sales performance, and report on key business metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
