About the Role
The Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support PDAX's business objectives.
The Business Development Team entails creating and managing relationships with partners that support PDAX's business objectives. PDAX is looking for a Business Development Associate who will work closely with our business and product leaders to identify and execute on growth partnership opportunities. As this role interacts with multiple key stakeholders and partners, it is evident that this will have a tremendous business impact and learning opportunities. As so, we are looking for someone who has a strong passion to learn and grow their potential.
General Responsibilities
- Create and maintain healthy and productive relationships with clients and partners that help our business.
- Identify potential partners / clients who may benefit from PDAX's products
- Lead sales effort and relationship-building with potential partners / clients
- Develop and manage relationship with partner / client from sales stage to onboarding, integration and post-integration support ensuring best customer service and profitability
- Help develop and execute partnership strategy and tactics that will enable PDAX to grow.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders: Product, Finance, Compliance, Technology to operationalize partnerships.
Qualifications
- Open for Fresh graduates and those with 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly personable and good listener who can create concise recommendations after listening and assessing potential clients needs
- Experience in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, business development, product, technology, treasury, etc)
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability to lead several initiatives at once
- Experience in or understanding of financial services sector is a plus (e.g., blockchain, stablecoins, payment solutions, cash management / transaction management solutions, remittance, e-wallets)
- Experience in working in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or related field is a plus
- Experience in a startup environment would be a bonus.
