Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support strategies to increase market share and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product placement and revenue growth
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and pipeline updates
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the brand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
