
Business Development Executive

- Identifies, research, evaluate and pursue business development opportunities to achieve sales target.
- Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term goals.
- Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services.
- Leads meetings and negotiations, conduct sales presentations, design proposals with potential clients and business partners.
- Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
- Meets the annual target set by the Management.
- Treats all documents as highly confidential and must be secured.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management/Communication Arts/Marketing or any related field
- At least 2 years experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
- With strong sales and marketing persona-must be comfortable making sales pitches and tenacious in pursuing leads;
- Significant experience in selling HR services or solutions is a distinct advantage
