Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. The role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets by developing effective sales strategies, recommending competitive pricing, and ensuring healthy gross profit (GP) margins. It involves coordinating sales activities and supporting the team's efforts while maintaining a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across HoReCa, traders, wet markets, and other B2B channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Recommend competitive pricing strategies within company guidelines to protect margins.
  • Monitor and analyze gross profit performance, ensuring GP% targets are met.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize both sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate sales activities to align with overall business objectives.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate pricing implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets, manage pricing, and maintain GP margins.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic CRM systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue Growth – Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • New Business Development – Number and value of new qualified accounts.
  • Gross Profit (GP) – Consistent delivery of GP% and margin goals.
  • Pricing Impact – Maintaining competitive and profitable pricing structures.
  • Customer Retention – Repeat order rates and satisfaction levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
