What is your mission?

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage the end-to-end AP process — from invoice validation to disbursements and month-end reconciliations. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance with US GAAP, and timely vendor payments while supporting audits and financial reporting. If you're proficient in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct, thrive in detail-driven work, and enjoy improving accounting workflows, we'd love to meet you.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, including vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Manage ACH, wire, and check disbursements, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Review and approve AP transactions for proper coding and GAAP adherence.
  • Reconcile AP subledger to general ledger and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, W-9s, and 1099 documentation.
  • Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Respond to audit requests and ensure complete, compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to optimize AP workflows and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
