Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and skilled in handling day-to-day accounting tasks to support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, AR/AP Clerk, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
