What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including bank and account reconciliations, AP processing, and month-end closing. You will ensure financial accuracy, compliance with US GAAP, and timely reporting while supporting ad hoc projects. If you're skilled in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct and advanced in Excel, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare and review monthly financial reconciliation packages and balance sheet accounts per GAAP.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AP, and AR transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Process and review AP disbursements, identifying irregularities or add-backs as needed.
  • Reconcile ERP deposits to cash accounts, ensuring financial integrity and accuracy.
  • Support month-end close activities and ensure timely completion of all reconciliations.
  • Perform ad hoc accounting projects and financial analysis as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a US-based or multinational setup.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
