About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and organized intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, particularly in applicant scheduling and sourcing through various job portals and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and Recruitment Executives.
  • Reach out to potential applicants via email, phone, and job platforms.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Assist in posting job ads and monitoring application responses.
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online job platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Willing to report to the office in Ortigas, Pasig.
