Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment Processes: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Candidate Outreach: Help identify and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Market Research & Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to identify new talent pools and sourcing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance with offer letters, candidate documentation, and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Current Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for human resources and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience or interest in recruitment and HR is a plus.
