Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff.
  • Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Train, schedule, and manage staff performance.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Assist in planning menus and daily specials in coordination with the chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure all service areas are well-presented.
  • Report to the F&B Manager or Operations Manager.
