Job Summary:

We are looking for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff to join our growing team. The F&B Staff will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, assisting in food and beverage operations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a positive attitude, and can work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, buffets, or service stations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system when needed.
  • Follow service standards, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding.
  • Vocational or College Level, preferably with background in Hospitality or F&B Service.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in restaurant or hotel service (preferred).
  • Has good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Physically fit, attentive, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
