Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team to meet operational goals and KPIs
  • Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports and participate in operational reviews
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage team performance
  • Willing to work onsite in Parañaque
