Cravings is the sister company of CCA Manila, which has been in operation for more than 35 years. We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented F&B Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and presenting menus.
  • Recommending food and beverage options based on preferences.
  • Delivering orders promptly and accurately.
  • Handling special requests and resolving guest concerns.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized service area.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
