Job Summary:

We are looking for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant to join our team. The F&B Attendant will assist in daily restaurant or dining operations, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. The ideal candidate is attentive to details, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Set up, clean, and organize tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in event setups, buffet services, or room service if required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding.
  • Vocational or College Level, preferably in Hospitality or F&B Service.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of F&B or restaurant service experience.
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented, energetic, and a team player.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
