F&B Server

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and set up the indoor and outdoor dining area, wipe tables, and chairs, mop floors, and clean windows.
• Clean the restrooms and maintain the restroom's cleanliness the entire day.
• Make sure the dining area is always clean and free of water spillage or food on the floor and tables.
• As a customer enters, greet them
• Lead customers to the cashier or assist them in finding a seat. If a customer is seated first, let them know that orders are taken at the counter.
• Prepare water and serve food/drinks for the customers.
• Take note of customer and order number and coordinate with the kitchen for the orders of the customers.
• Servers should be able to take and address customer complaints or escalate it to the manager.

• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

• Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge

• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
• Prior work experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php580.00 per day
