Onboarding Specialist
to join our team and be the first point of contact for new brands.

This role is all about setting our partners up for long-term success. From guiding them through integrations to ensuring their first shipments go out smoothly, you'll play a vital part in shaping their early experience with Ecomflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand onboarding: host kickoff calls, walkthroughs, and trainings.
  • Support technical setup and integrations (in collaboration with our Shopify Expert).
  • Coordinate inbounding and fulfillment readiness with brands and internal teams.
  • Share best practices, product tours, and tailored resources for success.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and help brands overcome onboarding roadblocks.
  • Collaborate across Tech, Operations, and Brand Success teams for a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success once onboarding is complete.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, logistics, or SaaS implementation (e-commerce/3PL background a plus).
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex processes.
  • Customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and relationship-driven.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • Solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
