Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team full-time in Manila. This on-site role involves managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. You'll work closely with department leads to ensure smooth hiring processes and provide training support to new employees. This role also contributes to strategic talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Support training programs and employee development
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Willingness to do field work as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering effective training programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with current recruitment trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must be willing to do field work
