Join a fast-growing company in the appliance and consumer goods industry We're looking for a Sales Supervisor to expand our dealer network in Mindanao and support our Cebu-based sales team. What You'll Do
  • Drive sales growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand our dealer network and hit revenue targets.
  • Lead & support: Supervise the Cebu sales team, ensuring process compliance and high performance.
  • Build partnerships: Prospect, negotiate, and onboard new dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, After-Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations and top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze & report: Track sell-in/sell-out data, monitor market trends, and provide insights to guide strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of trade marketing or sales-distribution experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in the appliance or similar industry is a big plus.
  • Strong leadership and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/sales reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in Mindanao (preferably in Davao)
