Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Sales Admin team and ensure timely delivery of administrative support

• Oversee order management, delivery schedules, and outlet documentation

• Review sales performance reports and assist in planning activities

• Maintain accurate records aligned with company policies and audit standards

• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales Admin or similar role, with supervisory exposure

• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office; system automation experience is an advantage
