About the Role

North Rim Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our sales team in Davao City. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth strategy while building and mentoring a high-performing sales organization. You'll work closely with company leadership to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence across all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Sales Development: Coach and train sales team members to improve their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Territory Management: Oversee sales operations across Davao City, ensuring optimal market coverage and customer service
  • Performance Auditing: Conduct regular audits of sales activities, customer interactions, and compliance with company standards
  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable and collections processes to maintain healthy cash flow and customer relationships
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with ownership to set sales targets, develop territory strategies, and identify growth opportunities
  • Client Relationships: Support team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience in sales management and team supervision
  • Strong background in accounts management and customer relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent
  • Excellent understanding of AR/collections processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred

  • Experience in the lubricants, petroleum, or related industries
  • Knowledge of B2B sales in industrial and commercial sectors
  • Familiarity with Davao City's business landscape
