Represent and promote the company, its external partners and its product specifically in the Renewable Energy industry for Utility ground mounted projects nationwide in order to further expand the market share for this industry and to help the Renewable Energy segment meet its sales target.
Responsibilities- To develop and grow the Utility ground mounted market share.
- To monitor the projects list being released by the Department of Energy and to visit and engage with those one by one.
- To identify step by step status of the projects from Predevelopment stage to Completion.
- Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on land owners, developers, owners engineers, consultants and all contractors involved in the sales route.
- To initiate and attend high level meetings with C-level of the different stakeholders.
- Establish good rapport with the various Renewable Energy partners and other suppliers (if any) and to liaise with them on customers' needs.
- To learn more about government policies supporting the development of Ground mounted projects in Philippines.
- Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstrations to prospective customers in a professional and high-quality manner.
- Conduct regular visits to customers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.
- Establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/ support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.
- Attend customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrity.
- Update Sales Management file/report and project opportunities in a weekly basis
- Gather market information so as to keep the segment manager updated on competitors' movements and the Company's position in the market.
- Be conscious and receptive to customers' needs, market trends and new products launched by competitors.
- Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth handover.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the sales team.
- Learn, update and consistently demonstrate the core competencies required for the job.
- Assist the segment manager in the stock management, guiding and training the Junior Sales engineer
- Assist the segment manager in all marketing activities
- Assist manager in coordinating with the different external partners for Renewable Energy.
- Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Segment Manager.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Atleast 5 years sales experience from Renewable Energy industry.
