Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and source qualified agency leaders and hosts to expand the talent and business network.
  • Support agency leaders in business development, sales activities, and performance growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talents and leaders.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring sessions for new leaders and hosts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tools, resources, and support for agency operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in livestreaming.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (preferably in livestream and social entertainment).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks, motivate, and mentor leaders.
  • Results-driven, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
