Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and source qualified agency leaders and hosts to expand the talent and business network.
- Support agency leaders in business development, sales activities, and performance growth.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talents and leaders.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring sessions for new leaders and hosts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tools, resources, and support for agency operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in livestreaming.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (preferably in livestream and social entertainment).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks, motivate, and mentor leaders.
- Results-driven, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
