Key Responsibilities


•Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.


•Optimize product titles, keywords, and store visuals to increase visibility and sales.


•Plan and execute Shopee campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.


•Monitor and analyze store data (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) to improve performance.


•Manage and track Shopee Ads to maximize return on investment.


•Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and good buyer experience.


•Stay updated on Shopee's latest trends, algorithms, and campaign opportunities.

Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.


•Proven experience in Shopee or other e-commerce platform operations (beauty category experience is a plus).


•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


•Good command of English (both written and spoken).


•Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Shopee Seller Center.


•Passionate about beauty and e-commerce.
