Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative E-commerce & Social Media

Manager to lead our online sales and brand presence across digital platforms. This

role combines strategy, creativity, and analytics — ensuring strong online visibility,

engaging social media content, and consistent growth in e-commerce sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

 Oversee daily operations of online stores (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok shop,

…).

 Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional

campaigns.

 Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion performance.

 Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV,

and ROI.

 Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure

smooth fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

 Develop and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns to drive

revenue growth.

Social Media Management

 Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen brand

awareness and engagement.

 Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and

other relevant platforms.

 Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement.

 Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth,

sentiment analysis).

 Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and competitor

activities.

Digital Marketing & Strategy

 Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

to drive sales and traffic.

 Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand

storytelling.

 Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements to marketing

funnels.

 Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

Job Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

 3+ years of experience in E-commerce and/or Social Media Management

(preferably in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands).

 Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Tik Tok Shop, Lazada, Shopee).

 Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media

scheduling tools.

 Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

 Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and drawing insights.

 Excellent communication and project management skills.
