We are looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage online store operations, coordinate with influencers/KOLs, and support our brand's growth across major e-commerce and social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
  • Create and optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers and KOLs to promote products and increase conversions.
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage influencer campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Handle client management — communicating with brand partners, providing updates, and preparing reports.
  • Track analytics, campaign performance, and marketplace trends.
  • Support brand-building efforts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Qualification
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related course.
  • 1–2 years of e-commerce experience in the Philippine market (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Strong background in brand management.
  • Proven experience handling influencers and KOLs, especially on TikTok.
  • Experience in planning, negotiating, and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PH social media trends and online consumer behavior.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts, platforms, and campaigns.
