Quoting and Order Management

  • Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or vendors for pricing and product availability.
  • Ensure all deal registrations are submitted, tracked, and approved as required.

Email and Communication Handling

  • Manage and respond to daily email inquiries related to orders, quotes, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Invoicing and License Management

  • Generate and process invoices according to company guidelines.
  • Track and follow up on expired and soon-to-expire licenses to ensure renewals and continuity.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain and update sales and operations trackers with the latest data.
  • Ensure all information in the trackers is accurate and aligned with internal reports and CRM tools.

Sales and Presales Support

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to BDMs, Account Managers, and Presales Engineers.
  • Support Vision6 webinar registration, campaign coordination, and related communication efforts.

Tool and System Usage

  • Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, including ME Manila team tools (CRM, quoting systems, and collaboration platforms).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
