Job Summary:

Supports SSI's marketing initiatives and internal/external events with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Works closely with internal teams, sales units, business partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and marketing programs. Maintains accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency across all materials. Capable of conceptualizing and executing B2B tech events while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution


• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, including partner events, client sessions, enablement programs, and team activities.


• Manage logistics such as venues, vendors, invitations, budgets, materials, and on-site execution.


• Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting for continuous improvement.


• Organize events with brand partners.

Marketing & Social Media


• Assist in internal marketing initiatives: SSI Birthday Posts, Partner Announcements, Event Promotions, and brand presentations.


• Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.


• Draft and publish marketing content aligned with SSI branding.


• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.


• Track engagement metrics and assist in preparing reports.


• Maintain marketing materials, collateral, and promotional items.

Administrative & Operations Support


• Prepare and process marketing-related documents (Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts).


• Handle documentation for accreditations, NDAs, Bidding Documents, and renewals.


• Support BP marketing and portal access, training tracking, promotions, rebates and incentive claims.


• Assist with travel arrangements, reimbursements and logistics coordination.


• Provide reporting and administrative support to management and cross functional teams.

Qualification:


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• 2–3 years experience in marketing, events, or administrative support, preferably in Tech, IT, or B2B environments.

  • Experience in event coordination and marketing campaign support.


• Digital marketing experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).


• Ability to conceptualize and execute event flow, themes, and messaging—not limited to logistics.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva and marketing tools.


• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic understanding of IT products, solutions, or vendor ecosystems is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure or shifting priorities.
