Statement of work:

Preparation of various documentations and maintaining data records for proper tracking of the status of the documents needed that will contribute to the success of the department's internal and external activities.

Job description:

  • Preparation and processing of contracts related to Events Team (e.g. Health Care Professional, Health Care Organization, hotel, and travel)
  • Coordinate with various vendors and distribute events-related information to the stakeholders (e.g. hotel and travel details)
  • Preparation, processing, and monitoring of honorarium payment requests
  • Monitoring and updating of data and document's status of Events Team (e.g. contracts, mailings etc.)
  • Filing of Events Team documents (e.g. contracts, attendance sheets, etc.)
  • Mailings of Events Team related documents and items (promotional materials, travel kits etc.)
  • Encoding and updating various vendor details in the system
  • Gathering, updating and monitoring company's event management platform and provide data and information to the stakeholders
  • Support on-site events and activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably business/computer-related
  • Proficient in MS office applications, preferably with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Has at least 1 year combination of work experience in handling data, admin and events-related works
  • Fast-learner and flexible
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
