Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Communications, or any related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Rainmaker for Selling Across All Sales Channels

  • Ensures strict compliance with all stipulated policies and guidelines in managing sales events.
  • Monitors and validates standard requirements of in-house sales teams for every open house and rainmaker activity.

  • Oversees the execution of:

  • Corporate and sponsorship booth exhibits

  • On-site booth exhibits
  • Sales awarding ceremonies
  • Project launches

2. Sales Communication Channels and Platforms

  • Maintains and manage all sales communication channels.
  • Updates and disseminates content and visual materials released by the Marketing Department.
  • Monitors all materials sent to sales teams prior to any event to ensure accuracy and alignment with guidelines.

3. Collaboration Among Sales Divisions and Counterparts

  • Collaborates with various sales teams to develop high-quality, property-focused content, market insights, client testimonials, and real estate educational materials.
  • Coordinates with Project Development for promos and with Marketing for digital invites needed during sales events.
  • Coordinates with the Property Management Office on event-related requirements when necessary.

4. Reports and Administrative Functions

  • Handles cash advances and reimbursements related to rainmaker and sales activities.
  • Prepares rainmaker reports, budget summaries, and cost analyses for each event.
  • Develops and maintains the annual and monthly sales event calendar.
  • Prepares post-event reports and maintain an updated database of vendors, partners, and contacts.
