  • Preferably Assistant or Officer/minimum of 4 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in End-to-End process of Recruitment.
  • Timely and accurate schedules of payroll calendars.
  • Manage daily time records and other timekeeping files and their monitoring.
  • Knowledgeable in Payroll values and processing procedures.
  • Must be advanced following the law and its principle.
  • Handles quitclaim separated employees, ensuring that all resigned have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject to the last pay deduction.
  • Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
  • Coordinates with the HMO and life insurance for any queries or assistance needed by the staff.
  • Ensure an updated record on employee movement salary increases and promotions.
  • Maintain payroll generated records and preparation of the month-end report
  • Advance knowledge in processing of Timekeeping and other government compliance reports.
  • Good command of MS applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, and other related programs.
  • Possess a good strong character and values; Highly disciplined and Trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
