- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant or Officer/minimum of 4 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in End-to-End process of Recruitment.
- Timely and accurate schedules of payroll calendars.
- Manage daily time records and other timekeeping files and their monitoring.
- Knowledgeable in Payroll values and processing procedures.
- Must be advanced following the law and its principle.
- Handles quitclaim separated employees, ensuring that all resigned have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject to the last pay deduction.
- Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
- Coordinates with the HMO and life insurance for any queries or assistance needed by the staff.
- Ensure an updated record on employee movement salary increases and promotions.
- Maintain payroll generated records and preparation of the month-end report
- Advance knowledge in processing of Timekeeping and other government compliance reports.
- Good command of MS applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, and other related programs.
- Possess a good strong character and values; Highly disciplined and Trustworthy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
