Job Summary:

To oversee and manage the construction project on site, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines.

2. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, installation, and testing.

3. Team Management: Lead and manage the site team, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards, and that defects are identified and rectified promptly.

5. Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring that the site is safe for workers, visitors, and the public.

6. Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

7. Communication: Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, including construction risks, safety risks, and environmental risks.

9. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing delays or issues.

10. Handover: Ensure that the project is handed over to the client on time, and that all necessary documentation and testing has been completed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a site construction setting.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Familiarity with construction software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk.

Working Conditions:

1. Construction site environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.

2. Regular site visits, including traveling to remote locations.

3. Office work, including working on a computer and attending meetings.

4. Flexible working hours, including working evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
