  • Administrative support: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Manage correspondence and handle general administrative tasks like preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Documentation and records management: Maintain and organize all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with policies.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of communication for the project team, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Budget and resource management: Assist with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Risk and issue tracking: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and report key updates to project managers.
