The Architect provides efficient design solutions to the development of projects ranging from construction of new factory, renovation of existing facility and change in occupancy use. He/She will develop ideas from preliminary to design development stage. In-charge in the submission of probable construction cost schedule when required. The position requires the preparation of construction drawings from the approved design development documents and specifications with detailed bill of materials. She/He will also conducts site inspection as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

· Proficient in CAD; 3D modelling an advantage

· Licensed Architect

· Must be passionate for innovation and has clear understanding of emerging of emerging technologies and construction materials.

· With willingness to work extra hours

· Full time position available
