Banking One provides retail banks with predictive customer insights that measurably increase conversion and make agentic AI work in practice.

We process tokenized, fully anonymized customer data and enrich it with market-level signals derived from a cross-bank data pool. Based on this, we calculate product propensities, customer traits, behavioral tribes, life-stage indicators, and expected value contributions for every customer. The result is a granular, machine-readable customer view that goes far beyond what isolated internal data can deliver.

Banks use these insights to improve targeting, reduce waste in campaigns, and focus sales efforts on customers with the highest likelihood to convert — across lending, insurance, and investment products. Proven A/B tests show significant uplifts in conversion rates compared to traditional rule-based or segment-driven approaches.

At the same time, Banking One prepares customer data for the next generation of AI-driven banking. Our traits, propensities, and behavioral signals can be consumed directly by agentic AI systems — from personalized marketing and advisory workflows to conversational AI and automated decisioning. Instead of relying on generic prompts or incomplete CRM data, agentic systems are grounded in consistent, market-tested signals that reflect real customer intent.

Banks remain fully in control: they decide the level of granularity, the use case, and how our insights are embedded into existing processes or models. Banking One is not a black box or a replacement for internal capabilities, but a data layer that increases precision, reliability, and speed.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager for
Southeast Asia (SEA), particularly the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia
. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions for client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, and an understanding of predictive analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and business analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
