Respondent is building the infrastructure that powers participant recruiting for the research industry. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to make it effortless for researchers to find high-quality human participants - whether they're testing a product, exploring a market, or validating an idea.

From our founder's first recruits on a NYC subway to a global panel of 3 million participants across 150+ countries, we now support research for companies like Microsoft, Dropbox, and P&G. Our panel is one of the most diverse and responsive in the industry.

We're a lean team of ~30 people across Sydney, Manila, and the U.S. We've recently become profitable and we are ramping up to accelerate growth.


The Role

You'll be our first RevOps hire, joining our Manila team and working closely with our teams in Sydney and the US.

This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine. You'll own HubSpot end-to-end, keep our pipeline flowing smoothly, build reporting that drives decisions, and work across Sales,

Marketing, and CS to scale our GTM processes.

We need someone who loves building systems, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and brings structure to fast-moving environments.


What You'll Do

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end:
    You'll be the expert on our GTM systems - building and maintaining workflows, automations, and data structures across Marketing, Sales and CS. You'll keep it organized, scalable, and running smoothly.
  • Unblock revenue across our pipeline
    : Make sure leads and deals move cleanly through the funnel - managing scoring, routing, SLAs, handoffs, and overall pipeline hygiene.
  • Build reporting that drives decisions
    : Create dashboards covering funnel health, campaign performance, rep productivity, revenue forecasts, and other signals that help us make good decisions quickly.
  • Drive alignment across GTM teams
    : Work seamlessly between Sales, Marketing, and CS to map workflows, align on definitions, remove friction, and build buy-in for process improvements.
  • Maintain governance and enablement
    : Keep data accurate, manage permissions and integrations, train teams on systems and processes, and evaluate new tools as our GTM motion evolves.


What You'll Bring

  • RevOps & systems confidence:
    Solid experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs - building workflows, managing routing, keeping data clean and supporting GTM teams with an organised and scalable system.
  • Analytical, systems-minded problem solving:
    You're comfortable digging into funnels, uncovering insights, and rolling up your sleeves to fix it - whether that means cleaning up a messy workflow, adjusting data structures, or wiring up an integration.
  • Understanding of GTM motions:
    You get how leads move through a funnel, how revenue teams operate, and what "good" looks like across acquisition, qualification, handoffs, and retention.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communicator:
    You work seamlessly between Sales, Marketing, and CS—translating technical systems into clear workflows, aligning teams on definitions and expectations, and driving buy-in for process changes. You're the bridge that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
  • High ownership in fast-moving environments:
    You bring structure to unstructured spaces, drive process improvements across functions, and keep several workstreams moving at once - without letting quality or accuracy slip.
