We're looking for a proactive Revenue Operations Lead to own and optimize our sales and marketing processes. In this hybrid role, you'll combine operational expertise with technical automation skills to scale workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive results across HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach, and other key GTM tools. You will work closely with global sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless operations, insightful reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in Sales or Revenue Operations or GTM automation.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, workflow automation tools, and LinkedIn outreach platforms.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and driven to improve efficiency with automation.
  • Able to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize HubSpot sales and marketing workflows.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach automation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain partner portals and internal content for training and enablement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and drive insightful reporting of sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enforce process alignment and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
